About the Role
We are looking for ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings, and supporting senior sales team members throughout the sales process.
Using a mix of outbound campaigns—including emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach—you will generate opportunities and help expand our client base.
This role offers a clear progression path into a senior closing position, making it perfect for someone eager to accelerate their career in sales.
Location
📍 Location: Hybrid – required in our Farnborough HQ 2-3 days per week.
What will the right candidate Do:
- Identify New Opportunities – Research and engage with target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Drive Outbound Campaigns – Connect with potential clients through emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Arrange & Attend Meetings – Introduce One Beyond’s services and help shape client relationships.
- Support the Sales Process – Assist senior team members with proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression.
- Develop Market Knowledge – Gain a deep understanding of One Beyond’s services to confidently communicate value.
- Maintain CRM Records – Keep track of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- We value attitude and a willingness to learn over specific experience, but the following would be beneficial:
- Sales Experience – 1+ year in a sales-based role (ideally B2B).
- Industry Knowledge – A basic understanding of software development or technology solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.
- Organisational Skills – Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.
- Self-Starter – Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ambition – A drive to grow into a senior closing role within a dynamic sales team.
