Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and leading sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
