There’s more to life than just business. Here at One Beyond, we recognise that we can add a huge amount of value to the lives of our employees – and to the community as a whole – by simply developing a partnership with a charitable cause that inspires us.

Why we work with charity

We know that working together toward a common goal helps to create a sense of fulfilment, and as a team we can do so much more than we ever could as individuals. By making a business charity connection we allow our employees to be part of creating a common legacy that lasts.

How we do it:

  • Everyone gets to nominate and vote for their preferred charity
  • We arrange regular activity days and fundraising events
  • All staff members can give a day of their time to help a charitable cause

Our chosen charity

For us, it is very important that any charity we work with is one that our employees are genuinely happy to support. This is why we encourage all staff members to nominate their favourite charities, and then vote for the one that should be the official One Beyond cause.

This year, we voted to support the important work of Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice; a hospice care service for adults in West Surrey and North East Hampshire that provides truly life-changing support for terminally ill patients and their families.
