About HDR | Andrew Reid
The Challenge
HDR | Andrew Reid was growing rapidly across multiple regions, but their project tools, from Excel sheets to Microsoft Dynamics, were inefficient, unintuitive, and didn’t scale to meet their global operations. The brief for the new system was that it must be easy and intuitive to use, without a manual; support offline use on mobile devices; and enable users to see different views of project information – from a high-level overview down to more granular detail, as needed.

The Solution
A closer look at features and benefits
A sleek mobile-friendly UI works offline, empowering engineers to log data even without connectivity.
Multi-level project views let stakeholders effortlessly switch between high-level summaries and granular details.
Dynamic safety risk assessments and certification tracking ensure compliance and quality control.
Smart Excel import makes the transition easy, bringing legacy data into the new system painlessly.
Continuous, fact-based forecasting visibility (up to six months ahead) keeps projects proactive, not reactive.
Web-based access gives both internal teams and clients real-time transparency into project status and reporting.
