The Challenge

Yeo Messaging approached One Beyond with a bold vision: to build a secure, privacy-first messaging platform tailored for regulated industries and high-trust business environments. Yeo needed a platform that could deliver facial recognition-based authentication; Real-time, encrypted messaging; Granular access controls and self-destructing messages together with Admin and compliance tools for audits and logging. Key was also a scalable architecture ready for enterprise integration.

Our Solution

Our software development team worked closely with Yeo’s founders to design, build, and launch the platform from the ground up—prioritising security, UX, and scalability. Key features delivered include end-to-end encrypted messaging with advanced key rotation; biometric authentication layer using on-device facial recognition; time- and context-sensitive message access controls (geo-fencing, read-once settings); secure file and voice messaging, fully sandboxed within the app; enterprise dashboard for compliance, logging, and user management; and a cloud-native architecture with horizontal scalability.
