ECC Ltd, comprising UK universities and colleges, required customised software to support their job evaluation scheme while retaining ownership and control. One Beyond's functional prototype was used, with feedback and testing informing its development. The solution proposed used the latest Microsoft technologies and design patterns, with successful data migration and ongoing refinements as part of a long-term partnership that includes hosting and software maintenance.
